  If it’s not a bad translation, I’ll pass on it.

  Simply put, this game is a complete mess and only got released because the entirety of the English localization work was done by a publishing house that didn’t know what they were doing and basically just kicked the deck into gear at the last moment.

  Will the game actually get localized properly in the west, or will it be left to sink? Probably the latter. This game is fairly well known to be worse than Tales of Vesperia on a technical level, and it’s really hard to get it localized with such a fundamental, potentially game breaking software issue being present.

  Whether or not the game will actually get localized I honestly don’t know. I have a feeling it will, but it’s so lacking in almost every other regard that I doubt there’s any interest on the part of the publishers on it.

  The game itself while not bad has some odd issues. A lot of the voice acting is supposed to be far deeper than it is, which is very weird, it’s often hard to tell what the actors are saying and the dialogue doesn’t always make sense. For example, the majority of the English dialogue in the game basically sound like somebody talking to a generic RPG character.

  Another odd issue is that the main story and the dungeon design are very bland and uninteresting, and this is directly because the game is a complete mess. It’s heavily made of filler with little to nothing to it, and that’s what you end up spending your time on, because it’s all so bland and uninteresting. The dialogue is often very random and out of place, which makes things even more boring than it already would be.

  It feels like a brand new game was made with the English localization, but then it was immediately thrown into a box without any sort of finishing touch.

  On the technical side of things, this game is almost always in the middle of some range of technical issues. They generally relate to the way the game handles the battle system, because it is broken beyond belief, but then the weird Japanese game design can make things even worse.

  The game does very little to advance the game system in any way, and for the most part I’m not sure what the point of them was. I don’t think they were even following what they intended, because
